what i wore to my prom(s) !

seeing as a lot of girls have their proms coming up in a couple months , I thought I would share with everyone what I wore to both the proms I went to ! My date to both proms was jeremy ( aka my boyfriend , love of my life ) . The prom where I wore the floor length red gown was my actual prom , grad 2010 ! the dress was designed by Tony Bowls, and it was really gorgeous ! with it i carried a black satin clutch and wore matching satin black 4 inch heels (with bow detailing on the back !). Prom is a HUGE celebration with the high school attended . not only do you have to dress to impress, you also have to plan how to get to prom ( arrive in style ! ) there is a parade throughout my small hometown that involves the whole city setting up lawn chairs and cheering loudly as you celebrate graduating high school ! in 2010 , a small group of my friends all arrived in a boat ! it was detailed with lots of beautiful fabric and banners ( our prom theme was Arabian nights ) .

 The other prom I went to was in 2009 , and it was my boyfriends prom ( we weren't even officially dating yet ! ) I wore a short navy blue , lace , bubble dress from Le Chateau , my peep toe heels  also from the same store . My big sister ( check her out HERE ! , she has an awesome theatre blog ) did my hair and makeup ! she is amazing ! I wore a short dress that year because it is tradition in my town to only wear a long dress to your own prom !  The theme that year was "old hollywood" so we arrived in a 1960's white mustang ! I had so much fun at both the proms and it was so special spending it with my friends and boyfriend !
